How to brake if your speed is too fast and how to hold the cable and pull if your speed is too slow.
How to correctly position your hands: You must keep your dominant hand on the pulley at all times, except while braking. Use your non-braking hand to hold the lanyard.
How to brake: Always brake using your gloved hand, behind the pulley.
